Well, now that I have a new host, I'll be able to actually do something with the site. Maybe make it a little pretty or something with graphics and stuff. Who knows. Oh, and multi-megabyte files won't take as long as they used to either. There will be broken links for a few things for a while, which is only because I plan on changing those things around or forgot to upload them. Either way, the site should be fully functional soon.

I added a replays page, just because I've always wanted one for some strange reason. Now I have one, so there.

My new forum is still in the works. It'll be up just as soon as I get a hour in which I feel like doing it. Maybe it'll be this weekend sometime.

I heard that the Westfall Beta server for Warcraft III was back up, so I took that opportunity to update my registry file for all the Battle.net gateways. It now includes the Warcraft III Westfall gateway along with both IPs for it seperately. Enjoy.

Wow, I love people who try to talk about things that they really have no clue about. I even have a log for you all from a conversation I had on Battle.net when I was in Open Tech Support on USEast. I filtered it out to only include 4 names, so it's missing the spam and other people talking. Also, some lines may seem out of text. Anyone with a basic knowledge of how the binary gateway on Battle.net works might get a kick out of it. Without further ado, here it is: losnos.txt

In other news, I have a forum up and ready to place on the site, I just need to hack it enough to make it fit in with the site. It's a nice, small, clean PHP one, so it's just how I like it. When I stop playing Morrowind long enough to integrate it. I know people will like it much better than the ad-riddled Network54 POS that I'm using now. Until then, enjoy the log file.

Morrowind is eating my time like it's cool. Plugins just make me want to play it even more. Damn Bethesda for making such great games! It's not even a new game either! It's over two years old! ...but it's so good. I must play more to appease the gaming gods, because we wouldn't want to anger them now, would we?

I blame this all on trying to learn some advanced stuff with Perl. I got so bored that I needed a break, and got re-addicted to Morrowind as consequence. My computer time is always in a perpetual circle, so I will get bored with games and get back to programming soon enough. Although, I might get too addicted with the game and even come out with my own plugins for it... oy.

I'm currently trying to get a new host for my site. One that'll be much, much better than this one. Once I get that out of the way, I'll probably start seriously programming again, because most of my time on the computer lately has been trying to figure out how to do this and that with webservers, database servers, and the such. If I just get a host for this the site, I won't need to play with all my settings, and it will be on port 80 instead of 5520 so I'll be able to access it from work. It'll free up much of my "playtime" with my site to be able to do other things. At least that's what I'm hoping.

Well, I learned quite a bit of SQL and figured out that I don't really need a SQL database for the site, since I really don't have too much dynamicness going on here and am happy with the layout. Yet, I'll be needing it for a new forum, which is soon to come. I still need to work on my other projects as well, so as always it will eventually all get done; it's just a question of when.

I validated all my pages. That's about it. There were no errors, since I'm just that good, heh. Now, if only I would figure out MySQL...

Ahahaha, well, it's already gone. My unlazy fit ended. I think the only thing that can revive it is learning MySQL, which I don't know when/if I'll do it. It's quite sad actually, being as lazy as me that is. Oh well, give me a couple days before you can expect anything new. Oh, at least I posted this despite my laziness, so at least I'm not too far gone... yet.

Oh yeah! I got my site up on a new host. Feel the goodness that is my site. http://www.c2t.org/ is no longer on Geocities! Yes, it's slow, but oh well. I doubt anyone will really notice.

We'll just see how long my bout of unlaziness lasts, because I have a record of not finishing things I start. I do hope to have a real forum here eventually, because the current one is on now is a really sucks. I should also put my updated C2BN dealy, but I want to just add one really needed feature, so I'll wait to put it up until I add it.

Well, my birthday has come and gone. I'm 'officially' a year older as of three days ago. Also, I was at the rifle range for a little over a week up until the same day. Those are my excuses for doing nothing, and I'm sticking to them! So... yeah!

I'll have my updated C2BN script up by the end of today; at least that's the plan, heh.

I've done nothing! Nothing! Muahaha!

Okay, maybe I lied a little. I have done a few things in the past couple weeks. 1: http://www.c2t.org/ now points to this site, and will forever point to wherever my site is, even if/when it moves off geocities. 2: I have not encountered any trouble in the past couple weeks with my C2BN script, so I'll probably put the updated one up relatively soon. 3: I made a PHP engine that generates this site exactly how all the html pages look here, so I could probably move it at anytime. -- That's all you need to know for now, heh.

Work has been very stressful these past two weeks, thus the reason why there hasn't been updates.

I found some bugs with my C2BN script. I should have the fixed version up in a couple days, since I haven't found another bug in it for almost a week now.

bnetgates-win9x: I know sure someone wants them, but I haven't done it because I'm quite lazy. I know I'll do it eventually when I'm really bored with nothing to do and some free time, but until then I probably won't touch it unless someone asks. *hint hint*

I completely rewrote one of my old mIRC bots that connected to Battle.net. I have changed it's name from c2t bot to C2BN and upped the version to 2, because it's been completely redone and the functionality of it's changed: it no longer is a bot, but now can connect to multiple gateways simultaneously. I'm sure someone somewhere will find some use in it, if nothing but to learn from the code. It was a pretty nice refresher course of mIRC for me. I'm sure half the people won't understand what half of it does, heh. Here's a screenshot of it just for fun. Of course, it's also available to download on my files page, if you ever get tired of drooling over the screenshot.

I also updated the Battle.net gateway registry keys so one file works with all games. I still don't have the Win9x one up yet though, heh.

I've been too busy with lounging around my room and playing games to update this site lately. I'm working on fixing some bugs in my Battle.net chat bot that I made a few years ago. I'm hoping to be able to get it on the binary gateway in a few months maybe. Progress is slow isolating some minor bugs it still has left, probably because I don't work on it much. The only time I really work on projects is when I'm also chatting with someone online, which is strange.

I added a simple theme for mIRC that I made for someone, because they wanted it and I was in a rare mood to create something for someone else besides myself. I still have to dig up a bunch of other junk to add sometime soon, so that's not the last of it.

I knew this would happen, I haven't been able to even think about working on the site since I'm working the day shift this week. Working days wears me out too much. At least tomorrow is Friday, so it's almost over. Give me a couple days and I should updating again. Probably a whole lot, because I'm falling behind. Oh well, I'll get there.

I took some suggestions from a friend of mine and changed a few things around. Just made it slightly better is all. I still need to get some more of my files on here. Maybe tomorrow. Ha, "one thing per day" is exactly it. Fun stuff.

Okay, I just settled in the site. This is going to be it for a while as far as layout. It looks just the same as it did two years ago, which is sad, but I updated it with CSS and made it comply with webstandards.

The files page is a tad moot right now, but will be updated as I get time. There are a few more areas I plan to add, but won't be put up until I get enough things for them, and of course, time.

I put my banner I was going to use with my rebuild of my site two years ago. Yes, two years ago. Heh. Maybe I'll upload the site it was supposed to belong to as well. Doubtful, but we'll see about that one.
